المقدمة
إن من الصعوبة في مكان الفصل بين احتياجات المجتمع وبين مشكلاته فهما جزء واحد وكل لا يتجزأ . فالاحتياجات أن لم تراعي وتلبى، فلا بد أن ينشأ عنهما إشكالات واضطرابات تؤدي بالمجتمع الى المهالك . وتعصف بأفراده الى مفارق الطرق من انتهاكات لأنظمة ذلك المجتمع وسلب حرياته وأمنه وطمأنينيته .
كما أنها أي هذه الاحتياجات ، أن لم تلبى بطريقة مدروسة وعقلانية وجدية بمعنى أن ترسم الدولة والمجتمع سياسات واضحة تفصيلية ومدروسة ودائمة التقويم والتحديث للحد من وضع ظهور المشكلات المترتبة على الحرمان من تلك الاحتياجات .
المحتوى
1 - احتياجات المجتمع ومشكلاته
الاحتياجات هي مطلب أساسي للفرد ولا بد ان يتاثر له مثل المسكن والمشرب والماوى والعلاج.......الخ
وفي تعريف اخر هي"حالات من عدم الاتزان تحتاج الى اشباع والا تحولت هذه الحالات الى مشكلات اساسيه متسلسله لا نعرف بداياتها ولبا نهاياتها.
فاجحتياجات العالم العربي لا يمكن حصرها لا على مستوى الافراد ولا على مستوى الشعوب ،فكلنا نريد الخير لانفسنا ، ونريد ان نتعلم ونتمتع بالعيشة السليمة ونسكن بيتنا ، ونكون اسرة ، وغير ذلك،وعلى مستوى المجتمع العربي كله ،فالمجتمع العربي يطمع في العيش الرغيد والتحرر من التبعية ،بكل اشكالها وادارة الشؤون بديموقراطية والسيطرة على خيراته ، كما انه يطمع الى وحدة تؤهله ان يشن طريقه بين شعوب العالم"(1). إن هذا الكم من الاحتياجات يتطلب توافر الأموال والإرادة الصلبة والفكر المتجدد المواكب للتغيرات والمعطيات على مستوى المجتمع والعالم الخارجي الذي هو جزء منه. إذا فلا بد من الأخذ بيد المتعلم وحمله على التغير والتفكير السليم ووضح الاطر والمبادئ ورسم السياسات ونشر الوعي وترجمة ذلك ضمن صفحات المناهج لكي تخدم هذا الغرض وترتقي بالمتعلم لانه نواة المجتمع والمستقبل الذي تبني عليه الدول المتقدمة طموحاتها في اضمحلال هذه الحاجات وتلبيتها لتلاشي الاشكاليات التي قد تنجم جراء استمرار الحرمان منها.

"هذا ولم يتمكن العلماء الاجتماعيين من وضع لائحه بالحاجات الفردية العالية التخصص التي لا بد لاي مجتمع من تلبيتها، كما ولا يمكننا الجزم في مسالة اي الحاجات المشتركه متجذرة في الموروث البيولوجي للإنسان وأيها نتاج تاريخه الطويل من العيش الاجتماعي.
على أن هناك اتفاقا على ما حول انماط الحاجات الفردية القمينة بالاعتبار."(2)
إن شرط العيش الجماعي يقدم مجموعة من المشكلات او هنا لابد ان تتعر الى مفهوم وابعاد المشكلة.
تمهيد :-
توجد المشكلات حيث يوجد الانسان ، وان التاريخ البشري يعد تاريخا لتجارب النجاح والفشل في التصدي لهذه المشكلات، فهي تمثل تعديا على فرد من الافراد او على معايير اجتماعية متفق عليها. ولقد حاول الانسان وطور في افكاره لدراسة وتناول هذه المشكلات ، فقد ناقشتها الفلسفة وصورها الادب ، ثم جاء الاخصائيون الاجتماعيون والمحللون والنفسيون ووضعوا أرائهم حتى تمكنت اخيرا الدراسات العلمية المنهجية من استيعابها للتصدي لها وحلها وايجاد العلاجات المناسبة .
مفهوم المشكلة :-
ما يعنينا هنا في تعريف المشكلة هو بالتحديد المشكلة الاجتماعية التي يدور حديثنا عنها وهي كا يعرفها كلا من راب وسيلزمك بانها "مشكلة في العلاقات الانسانية التي تهدر المجتمع تهديدا قد يصل الى الدرجة المؤثرة على المصالح الرئيسية لكثير من افراد " (3)

كذلك يعرفها مارشال كلينارد بانها "انحراف في سلوك الافراد عن المعايير التي تعارف عليها المجتمع للسلوك المرغوب " (4)
وهذه التعاريف بدون شك توضح أن المشكلة الاجتماعية هي موقف تحول بين نظم المجتمع وبين ادائها لوظائفها الاجتماعية ومساراتها المنوي أ دائها في اطار وقالب المجتمع، والفرد هو كائن اجتماعي بطبعه ولذلك يكتسب مظاهره وخصائصه وتتمدد تفاعلاته وعلاقاته مع المجموعة التي ينتمي إليها .
ولذا تصبح المشكلة مسألة ذات صيغة جميعه تتناول مجموعة من افراد المجتمع تمنعهم من القيام بأدوارهم المتفق عليه ، وبهذا تعوق احد النظم الاجتماعية
الأساسية ، ووفقا لذلك يتجلى القيم المحوري في ايجاد المشكلات الاجتماعية .
تصنيف المشكلات الاجتماعية :-
1. مشكلات أساسية ، أي عدم قدرة الخدمات الموجودة على الوفاء بحاجات الافراد ، مثل المستشفيات لا تكفي للمرضى أو أن المدارس لا تستوعب الطلاب .
2- مشكلات تنظيمية : وهنا تكون الخدمات متوفرة ولكن بدون تنظيم الامر الذي يؤدي إلى أن تصبح هذه الخدمات لا تقابل حاجات المجتمع ، مثل فتح نادي تابع لإحدى الوزارات أو المؤسسات في اوقات غير مناسبة أو في أوقات عمل الموظفين
2. مشكلات مرضية : مثل الاجرام ، السرقة ، التسول.....الخ.
3. مشكلات مجتمعية : وهي نوعان او صنفان :-
أ. مشكلات اقتصادية :- كالبطالة وتدني الاجور، وانخفاض الدخل وارتفاع قيمة الاراضي

ب. مشكلات اجتماعية وهو ما يعنينا بشكل رئيسي .
ومثال ذلك " ضيق العلاقات الاجتماعية واتسامها بالعائلية والمحلية
بالإضافة إلى توافر مجموعة من العادات والتقاليد الخاصة بكل ثقافة موجودة داخل كل مجتمع والتي يمكن ان تقف عائقا في سبيل التطور المطلوب ومن اهم هذه العادات التواكل والسلبية الاسراف في المناسبات كالحفلات والمأتم وسوء تفهم بعض تعاليم الدين خصوصا فيما يتعلق بتنظيم النسل وضعف الإقبال على العمل الجماعي الشترك لحل المشكلات العامة والتمسك بالقديم وعدم تقبل التغير والتجريب"(5)
وبناء على ما تقدم فان تلبية الحاجات ومعالجة المشكلات أنفة الذكر هو ما يجب على المنهاج تبنيه لمساعدة المتعلمين على امتلاكه .

2- العمليات الاجتماعية
وهي" مجموعة التغيرات والتفاعلات التي تؤدي الى ظهور نمط متكرر من السلوك والتي تخلق حركة ديناميكية تضع المجتمع في حالة تغيير مستمر ، وهي تشير الى حالة تغير او ديناميكية "(6)و العمليات الاجتماعية تصنف الى الاصناف التالية :-
1. عمليات متصلة بتفاعل الأفراد فيما بينهم اي التجاذب والتنافر بين الأفراد
2. عمليات مجتمعية كبرى مثل تحول المجتمع من ريفي الى حضري والمجتمع الزراعي الى مجتمع صناعي .
3. عمليات تتصل بنقل الثقافة مثل التنشئة الاجتماعية عبر الأسرة والمؤسسات التعليمية .

المقدمة
إن من الصعوبة في مكان الفصل بين احتياجات المجتمع وبين مشكلاته فهما جزء واحد وكل لا يتجزأ . فالاحتياجات أن لم تراعي وتلبى، فلا بد أن ينشأ عنهما إشكالات واضطرابات تؤدي بالمجتمع الى المهالك . وتعصف بأفراده الى مفارق الطرق من انتهاكات لأنظمة ذلك المجتمع وسلب حرياته وأمنه وطمأنينيته .
كما أنها أي هذه الاحتياجات ، أن لم تلبى بطريقة مدروسة وعقلانية وجدية بمعنى أن ترسم الدولة والمجتمع سياسات واضحة تفصيلية ومدروسة ودائمة التقويم والتحديث للحد من وضع ظهور المشكلات المترتبة على الحرمان من تلك الاحتياجات .
المحتوى
1 - احتياجات المجتمع ومشكلاته

1. No Breakfast
عدم الافطار
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating
الاكل الزائد
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in menta! l power.
3. Smoking
التدخين
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
السكر العالي
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
تلوث الهواء
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhalin! g polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
قلة النوم
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
تغطية الوجه اثناء النوم
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
إرهاق الدماغ بالعمل أثناء المرض
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lac! king in stimulating thoughts
قلة الأفكار المحفزة
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
ندرة الكلام
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
The main causes of liver damage are:
اسباب تلف الكبد
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause..
السهر ليلا والتأخر صباحا
2. Not urinating in the morning.
عدم التبول عند الاستيقاظ صباحا
3. Too much eating.
الافراط بالاكل
4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.
كثرة تناول الدواء
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
المواد الصناعية والحافظة والملونه في الطعام
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
استخدام زيت غير صحي في الطعام للقلي,كما يجب محاولة عدم تناول الطعام المقلي في حالة المرض
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
الطعام الغير مطهو جيدا يضر الكبد
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'
